It's been a crazy week - people became New Investigators, Former Investigators, one got a baptismal date, and others are getting closer to that as they save to pay for marriage papers; also, we have a family of Less-Actives that were offended by missionaries a long time ago, but now we're finally teaching them! The children are returning to full activity, but the parents don't want to go - they have been inactive for year(s?).
We also gave a baptismal date to Kent - I think all his friends don't really want to continue the bandwagon anymore, too bad. but Kent is progressing towards baptism!
and we got another new investigator named Eugem - he had a lot of questions right from the start and i basically taught him a few principles right there where i met him and so it worked out really well and he really wants to be taught - I"m super excited about that!!
We've also got some plans to teach some less actives with the henrichsens, the senior couple assigned in our area. it should be a good week!
to answer some of the questions that everyone must have about halloween, they don't seem to do any thing with trick or treating - it's more of an "all souls day" and "all saints day" and stuff with their filipino/catholic traditions.
anyways, gotta go now! love you! hope all's well with you and yours!
